I use data science to shape product and business strategy, where the output is measured in dollars, time, or decisions changed, not just accuracy scores. I’ve worked across logistics, aviation, and pharma R&D. The through-line is product-driven thinking and a bias toward asking the second question, not just answering the first.
Problems I’ve worked on
- A proactive supply-chain control tower. It flags shortfalls and excess stock early, so hubs stay supplied while waste goes down by 17%.
- Choosing where to launch clinical trials. A data-driven tool that ranks regions by likely enrolment, used to pick trial locations across 13 countries.
- Redesigning a national service-centre network for one of India’s largest logistics companies, so each centre covers the right area at lower cost.
